I'm a new client. How long should I allow?
First visits include a longer consultation. Allow about 15 extra minutes on top of your service so nothing feels rushed.
Do I need a patch test before colour?
Yes, if you are new to us or it has been a while since your last colour. It only takes a few minutes and needs to be done at least 48 hours before your appointment.
What happens if I'm running late?
Let us know as soon as you can. We will do our best to fit in the full service, but we may need to shorten it or move it to protect the next client's time.
Do you cut children's hair?
We do. Children's cuts are available on weekday afternoons and Saturday mornings, when the salon is at its most relaxed.
